GeneralGrowing their ReIssued Series, Vintage present the VSA500 12-String: an affordable, traditionally-styled semi-acoustic guitar made for guitarists in search of that twelve-string sparkle. Crafted out of an all-maple body and top, a mahogany neck and a rosewood fretboard, this rich-sounding guitar sculpts a crystal-clear foundation sound that never gets too sharp in the treble range, while the soft-C neck profile combines with a rounded heel, twenty-two medium frets and a 12″ fretboard radius for all the comfort needed to snugly wrap your arms around its hollow-body.

The VSA500 12-String: Vintage Yet Versatile

So the resonant acoustic sound of this 12-string thinline archtop can be amplified in full, Wilkinson have supplied two Vintage-Voiced WOCHB double-coiled pickups that have been wired up to a 3-way pickup switch and a set of individual volume and tone pots. To solidify the tuning stability, the VSA500 ReIssued 12-String has been finished with a Wilkinson TOM-style bridge, a stop tailpiece, a GraphTech NuBone nut and, of course, matching 6+6 machine heads with ivory-white buttons.
